All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Accidental purchases
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer
• Personal preference after receiving the item
• Minor variations in wood grain, color, texture, distressing, or finish

Each piece is handcrafted and may have unique characteristics that make it one of a kind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging

We will review your claim and determine an appropriate resolution. Claims submitted without photos may not be eligible for review.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Order Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once production has begun or the order has been shipped.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Because our products are handcrafted using real wood and hand-finished techniques, natural variations should be expected. Differences in grain patterns, knots, burn marks, stain tones, and distressing are not considered defects and are part of the unique character of each piece.
